Saree Exporter move towards automation in Screen Making

Leaders and leading brands are not created overnight says Mr. Rakesh Sarawagi the young and dynamic Director of Siddhi Vinayak Knots & Prints Pvt. Ltd., Surat a big name in saree market also recognized from their leading brand “Laxmipati Sarees” having manufacturing facilities for sarees and dress materials at GIDC Pandesara in Surat spread across over 200,000 sq. ft. employed more than 600 people to produce 22 Lakhs (2.2 Million) sarees per year out of that 60,000 sarees are exported every year by their buyers and exporters.

Their humble journey began in 1984 by its founder Mr. Govindji Sarawagi by renting a unit in Surat Textile Market who worked very hard to built his empire and in 1991 they bought their first unit in the renowned J. J. Market in Surat. After two years of rigorous efforts alone his eldest son Mr. Sanjay Sarawagi joined his business to further expanded their organization later followed by his younger sons Mr. Manoj Sawaragi and Rakesh Sarawagi making it an ISO 9001:2000 company

To implement a corporate culture in the group Siddhi Vinayak Saree Pvt. Ltd. has been amalgamated with Siddhi Vinayak Knots & Prints on 30th September 2008 and installed full-fledged large format screen making setup from Grafica.
