For Prateek Metal Industries, Grafica is No.1 company in India for screen printing machines

“Grafica is a number one screen printing machine manufacturing company in India”, this is how Mr Manoj Arora of Prateek Metal Industries, New Delhi started his short telephonic talk with GraficaNews editor.

Set up in 1992, the company is into the manufacture of various types of lable products - Vinyl Graphics, Poly carbonate stickers, Self Adhesive labels, tags, Stickers/emblems on PVC/Paper/Aluminium substrate and PU Dome emblems and other materials. ”We supply these labels for electronics industry such as appliance manufacturers. We also make medical equipment touch panels, etc”. The company is into printing these labels for the last 6-7 years.

Prateek has about 45 staff. It has deployed 2 mini camshell (18 x 24), one camshell (30 x 40) screen printing machines from Grafica. Besides, it has other related machines and equipments such as metal curing, Film Exposing Unit, Anodizing, PU-Doming, Die Cutting Machines, Lamination Machines, among many other things.

“Grafica machines are very good. We are happy and satisfied with Grafica machines for the last four years and they are working without any problem,” Arora says. Why did they choose Grafica machines? In a simple reply Arora says: “

“And after buying their machine, we realized this. First of all the machines are easy to operate and hardly give any trouble. If at all there was any technical problem, Grafica engineers resolve within the shortest possible time. We are free to call them up any time. In fact, there should not be machine break down at all in printing business. After sales is so important that if machine break down occurs and if it is not resolved within the shortest possible time by the machine supplier, then it will harm our business as it will affect production and we may fail in our promise to deliver the print jobs on time to our customers. And if such incident repeats, we may lose our customers as well,” Arora says.
