Print Zone Offset gives touch-N-feel effects to product catalogs with a style
“One of our regular and premium jobs is product catalogue for furnishing and interior décor sector (Laminates/sun-mica) which requires photo realistic image reproduction of products with touch and feel effects using Grafica Nano-Print plus screen printing machine,“ says Nilesh Patel, production incharge of Print Zone, Morbi. He adds: “In the similar line, we also produce product catalogue for clock, ceramic and tiles industry based in Morbi. We use both online as well as offline UV to give touch and feel effect to these jobs as well. However, making product catalog necessitates in depth knowledge of the product itself and we have to use right UV effects over the design elements to give the realistic look and touch-N-feel effect.“
“With screen printing we have successfully carried out various UV special effects namely, Abrasive, 3D reflective, Emboss, Glitter, besides normal spot UV (matt and gloss). About 80% of our total jobs get the value addition treatment. That's because, these days, customer prefer innovation. And with UV special effects we can think of doing jobs differently“ he concludes.
Print Zone Offset is a designing and print service provider. The company has invested in Grafica's Nano-Premier League plus (NPL plus) to offer value addition. They also have complete pre press, design studio, and post press facilities to offer quality printing that include 6 colour offset with online UV- all housed in their 15000 sq.ft print factory.
