Shiv Tex Prints trusts GraficaTex rather than imported DTG screen printing machines

Dharmender Beniwal, proprietor of Faridabad based Shiv Tex Prints says he has full trust in the 'Made in India' GraficaTex rather than any imported DTG screen printing machine.

Interview: Why did you choose Grafica?
While searching on the internet for an automatic machine, I found a couple of leading brands appearing on the front page including one 'Indian company Grafica'. After thorough evaluation of their machine on technical grounds, I also sought market feedback which was in their favour. I feel proud that Grafica makes such a fantastic textile screen printing machine which was not available in India earlier. GraficaTex is a good machine with better price. Having chosen an Indian machine, it greatly benefits me in terms of easy availability of spare parts and after sales service.

Your experience so far:
From my experience, I can say that there is nothing lacking in GraficaTex with regard to its performance, speed, and print quality. Moreover, Grafica renders excellent after sales service and technical guidance which is an added advantage. Investing in Grafica's machine was a wise decision. So far I have excellent rapport with Grafica. I never had any service issues and their machine requires less maintenance. What more I can expect? I am fully satisfied with Grafica.
